The upgrade kit 25 – 100 µmol column module allows peptide synthesis on resin in 3 columns at a scale of up to 100 micromoles using Fmoc chemistry. The synthesis products can be handled individually during work-up which simplifies cleavage and filtration from the resin. The column module is delivered complete with a basic set of consumables and protocols. The exchange for one of the other modules can be accomplished in less than half an hour and it requires some hardware and software modifications.
